I am seriously addicted to everything chartreuse right now. Radiating energy and optimism, I simply cannot get enough of it. I realized almost everything I have painted, photographed or purchased in the last month has been some shade of the acid bright hue...

Happy Tuesday my friends! Lately I've been gravitating towards teal and kelly green. [And when I say lately I mean this entire year] In fact it happens to be the main palette in my home and having painted a center wall in this deep teal, I'm thinking I need a bright green door to complete the transformation. It feels rich and decadent without feeling too feminine...

Good morning readers and happy HAPPY independence day! Since it happens to be a rare SUNNY 4th of July here in Seattle, I plan on spending every minute I can outside enjoying what Seattle has to offer. I'll be taking scenic walks along the lake, [and maybe jumping in], barbecuing with dear friends, and enjoying fireworks from a grassy lawn somewhere. And maybe even putting on some red, white and blue...
